For this week’s #ZamBalanceBreak, DILG Zambales joins the celebration of National Mental Health Awareness Week. The activity started with a 7-minute meditation followed by a video viewing and a presentation regarding the 7 types of rest. Individual takeaways were also shared during the open forum.
DILG Zambales promotes taking care of our mental health at work and the importance of looking after each other. The said activity widens the horizon of each PO staff with regards to assessing themselves in what kind of rest they need and how to practice it. This helps to improve cognitive ability, productivity and overall mental health of the employee’s that will also result in better performance at work and better relationships with colleagues.
