Ebdane and Vice Mayor Irenea Maniquiz-Biñan and the people of Iba, Zambales, joined the forty nine (49) other LGUs in the simultaneous lighting of the ASEAN Lanterns. Out of the hundreds of LGUs in the country, we were chosen to take part in the ASEAN’s golden anniversary. Let us continue to be partners for change”, said Mayor Ebdane in his message.
