Capas, Tarlac – 2018 is indeed a fruitful year for the Municipality of Capas, Tarlac for having been accorded with numerous achievements such as the most coveted Seal of Good Local Governance, Top 8 Most Improved Municipality nationwide on the Cities/Municipalities Competitive Index (CMCI), RA 9003 Compliant on the Manila Bay Clean-Up, Rehabilitation and Preservation Project (MBCURPP) and just recently, the Local Legislative Awardee (LLA) for the category, "Outstanding Sanggunian in 1st to 3rd Class Municipality in the Province of Tarlac," given on December 3, 2018 at the Capas Covered Court.
