Tarlac City, Tarlac - The Provincial Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (PLECC) of Tarlac met for the 2nd time on April 11, 2019 at the Tarlac Provincial Police Office (TPPO), Conference Room, Camp Macabulos, Tarlac City. The PLECC was organized to ensure closer cooperation and coordination among law enforcement agencies involved in the enforcement of general and special laws to attain a unified direction and integration of efforts towards the attainment of a peaceful community and for the development of progress in the whole province.
