Tarlac City, Tarlac- On February 10, 2019 at 6:30 in the morning, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Tarlac headed by Provincial Director Belina Herman, participated in the Unity Walk, Interfaith Prayer Rally, and Signing of Peace Covenant for the 2019 Midterm Election held at Tarlac City, Tarlac.

Tarlac City, Tarlac – in response to the call for unity and peace initiated by the Senate Spouses Foundation (SSF), DILG Tarlac paused for a minute for the Prayer for Peace for the Philippines on February 7, 2019.

San Jose, Tarlac – The Municipality of San Jose earned the distinction as a Drug-Cleared Municipality on December 14 at the AL AHMIR Resort, Brgy. Labney, San Jose, Tarlac, after complying with the 14 parameters set by the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) as provided in Section 8, DDB Board Regulation No. 3 Series of 2017, otherwise known as "Strengthening the Implementation of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program."

Tarlac City, Tarlac- On January 7, 2019, DILG Tarlac, spearheaded by DILG Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, conducted a preliminary meeting regarding the conduct of the SK Special Elections with the concerned offices namely; COMELEC, Liga ng mga Barangay (LnB) and SK Federation at the DILG Tarlac Provincial Office, San Roque, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
