AN AUDIO VIDEO PRESENTATION
Following the remarkable launching and conduct of CY 2023 ????ambales’ ????xemplary ????chievements as ????egislators (????????????????) last September 2023, the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines (VMLP) – Zambales Chapter, headed by Vice Mayor Joan D. Ballesteros, Philippine Councilors League (PCL) – Zambales Chapter headed by Hon. Peter T. Lim and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Zambales headed by Provincial Director Martin Porres B. Moral, CESO V successfully conducted the Zambales’ Exemplary Achievements as Legislators (ZEAL) CY 2024 Onsite Assessment of Sangguniang Bayan of the 13 municipalities in Zambales last November 5-14, 2024.
The Provincial Award Committee (PAC) Members and DILG Zambales team further enhanced the ZEAL CY 2024 Assessment Tool for the performance year 2022-2024 and applied it to the aforementioned evaluation.
To recognize the municipal Sanggunians with outstanding performance during the validation process, a highly anticipated ZEAL CY 2024 Awarding Ceremony was held on December 2, 2024 at Subic Grand Harbour Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
The prestigious awarding ceremony was attended by Governor Hermogenes E. Ebdane Jr., Vice Governor Jacqueline F. Khonghun, Local Chief Executives, Vice Mayors, Municipal Local Government Operations Officers, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, Sangguniang Bayan Members, and Sangguniang Bayan Secretaries and Staff.
A plaque of Appreciation was conferred to Hon. Hermogenes E. Ebdane Jr. in grateful recognition of his exemplary leadership, unparalleled support and generosity that immensely contributed to the successful conduct of the ZEAL CY 2024.

A Plaque of Recognition and Cash Incentives sponsored by Governor Ebdane was given to the municipal Sanggunians who gained Special Awards and also to the Best Performer Sanggunians from the 1st-3rd Class Category and 4th-6th Class Category.
