Sa patuloy na pagsusumikap ng lokal na pamahalaan na mapabuti ang mga serbisyong ibinibigay sa mga mamamayan, pinasinayaan ngayong araw, Mayo 13, 2024, ang bagong Municipal Cafeteria sa bayan ng Dinalupihan. Ang proyektong ito ay pinondohan sa ilalim ng FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF).

The respective lupons of Barangay Cupang Proper in Balanga City, Barangay Mulawin of Orani, and Barangay Sta. Lucia in Samal braved the onsite validation and assessment by the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentive Awards Regional Awards Committee (LTIA RAC) on May 6-7, 2024.
