AN AUDIO VIDEO PRESENTATION
The DILG Zambales Provincial Monitoring Team conducts their first LFP Team Strategic Setting for the year 2024. This serves as the venue to maintain the Locally-Funded Project (LFP) Team's best practices, identify gaps, find solutions, and establish plans for innovations. The activity was held on January 10, 2024 at Brgy. Aglao, San Marcelino, Zambales.
The aforementioned activity was spearheaded by Provincial Director Martin Porres B. Moral, CESO V. PD Marty ensures that the team will provide proactive and better performance for this year to achieve successful implementation of the Department’s Locally-Funded Projects in the province. The DILG Zambales LFP Team set their plan straight for this year including substantial and close monitoring of projects, on time updating of reports and LFP monitoring tools, plotting of monthly feature stories and equitable distribution of workload. The upcoming onsite inspections, technical assistance to LGU’s and provincial calibrations were also discussed.
Lastly, the fruitful activity ended with the appreciation messages and personal commitments from each team member.
