January 10, 2024 | The Association of Barangay Secretaries and Treasurers in coordination with DILG San Antonio conducted a workshop activity on the preparation of 2023 Barangay Gender and Development (GAD) Accomplishment Report.
The activity was also done to brief and re-orient all re-appointed
and newly appointed barangays secretaries and treasurers about
GAD salient features and mandates.
This workshop event was conducted to support barangays in
compliance to PCW-DILG-DBM-NEDA Joint Memorandum Circular
No 2013-01 and No 2016-01 to further monitor and evaluate
gender mainstreaming efforts of local government units.
