AURORASKTREASTRThe Department of the Interior and Local Government Aurora, headed by Provincial Director Ener P. Cambronero, CESE, with its partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Aurora, in coordination with SK Panlalawigan Pederasyon President, Hon. Lloyd Alsen Delos Reyes and the Municipal Local Youth Development Officers of the 8 municipalities of Aurora, spearheaded the Community-Based Bookkeeping Training for Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Treasurers, on January 22, 2024 in Dipaculao, Aurora.

For the first batch of training, the newly-appointed SK Treasurers from the municipalities of Baler, San Luis and Dipaculao were clustered to undergo the five-day intensive training on bookkeeping.

The DILG Aurora Provincial Project Monitoring Team (PPMT) conducted site inspections of completed F.Y. 2023 Support to Barangay Development Program Projects in Baler, Aurora on January 18, 2024.

  • Construction of Level III Potable Water Supply System In Barangay Buhangin (Php 3,438,882.17)
  • Construction of Level III Potable Water Supply System in Barangay Zabali (Php 6,606,882.17)

Led by PD Ener P. Cambronero and CTL Ariel G. Espinosa, the DILG Aurora LFP team and the Baler Municipal Engineer's Office also discussed project findings and recommendations during the conducted exit conference.

AURORAPPMC24 3The DILG Aurora LFP Team capacitated members of the Provincial Project Monitoring Committee (PPMC) by delivering the Training-Workshop on the Use of the Rapid Subproject Sustainability Assessment (RSSA) and Refresher on the Project Monitoring Guidelines, organized by the Provincial Planning and Development Office of Aurora.

More than 150 Lupon members of 24 barangays of Casiguran, Aurora were capacitated through the collaborative launching of KP DREAMS Program between the Municipal Peace and Order Council of Casiguran and DILG Aurora sub-LGRRC Tambuli on December 16, 2023.

In pursuit of sustainability and continuous enhancement of on-going collaborative efforts and innovations on drug demand reduction campaign, the DILG Aurora through its TAMBULI has conducted the Provincial Roll-Out on Strengthening Institutional Capacities of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (SICAP-BADAC) for the new sets of barangay leaders on December 18, 2023 via Zoom Application.
