The activity for this week’s ZamBalance Break, led by the Locally-Funded Project (LFP) Team, is divided into three parts, addressing spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. The program started with an 8-minute talk on managing work stress. Everyone had a chance to reflect and share how they manage their stress. This helped everyone understand each other’s views and approaches in the work environment, making the activity fulfilling.
For the second part, everyone took part in a fun trivia, competing against each other to test their general knowledge skills. This activity encouraged friendly competition and helped participants learn new facts, making the experience both fun and educational.
For the last part of the program, DILG Zambales personnel participated in the Zumba session, enjoying the good vibes and having a great time in the last moments of the activity.
Overall, this activity boosts morale, workplace positivity and productivity, well-being of the personnel, and strengthens the culture of teamwork and employee engagement.
