The Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit Provincial Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (CFLGA-PIMTF) chaired by the DILG, conducted its initial table validation earlier today, April 12, 2024 at DILG Provincial Office. This aims to assist the Local Government Units (LGUs) in ensuring the completion of documents prior to uploading in the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance Knowledge Monitoring System (SCFLG-KMS).
LGOO VII Melissa D. Nipal, Cluster Team Leader of DILG Zambales and concurrent OIC-City Director of Olongapo together with LGOO II Aljon S. Bautista and PEO II Carla G. Maranoc facilitated the initial table validation where findings on the submitted documents of the municipalities were consolidated. Further, the team discussed recommendations for LGUs with areas for improvements on data and documentations.
The members of the PIMTF present were Ms. Jhoanna Marie M. Barnadia of the Provincial Health Office (PHO), PDO II Luzviminda U. Mago and PDO I Peter Rick C. Navora of the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO), SWO II Carmela D. Pacis from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), EPS II Jody Al P. Sahagun of the Department of Education (DepEd), and Ms. Myrna D. Torres of IHELP, CSO Representative.
The CFLGA assesses the performance of the LGUs in implementing child-friendly policies, programs, projects, and services. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????-???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? (SCFLG) is bestowed upon LGUs that successfully navigate the audit process. The thirteen (13) municipalities are set to submit their final documentary requirements via SCFLG-KMS within the month as provided in the timeline for this year’s audit, to be validated by the PIMTF.
