                 AN AUDIO VIDEO PRESENTATION    

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Zambales held its 2-day annual year-end assessment and planning to review the accomplishments and performance of the office and recognize individual efforts on December 21-22, 2023, held at Stonehill, San Antonio, Zambales. The activity was also attended by DILG Olongapo City personnel headed by OIC-City Director and concurrent DILG Zambales Cluster Team Leader, LGOO VII Melissa D. Nipal.
In his heartfelt opening message, Provincial Director Martin Porres B. Moral commended the DILG Zambales Field Officers, Section Chiefs, and Provincial Office Staffs for their unwavering commitment and performance throughout the year for their eagerness to serve the public and to deliver the mandate of the Department. PD Marty also congratulated everyone for the various functionality audit results that undoubtedly showed that the province has exceeded the expectation and encouraged them to continue what they started. In addition, he wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
In addition, OIC-City Director Melissa D. Nipal recognized the hard work and accomplishment of DILG Zambales personnel. She encouraged everyone to always perform and do their best. "...when we perform, we do it 100%, hindi 99%. Lagi naman tayong ganoon. We enjoy working, di ba?", she ended.
As the highlight of the aforementioned activity, the annual awarding of Top Outstanding PERFORMer Award- Zambales (TOPAZ) was held. The TOPAZ Awarding Ceremony serves as the venue to acknowledge the DILG Zambales personnel for their exemplary performance.

Further, Certificates of Recognition to LGOO II Aljon S. Bautista and LGOO II Lui Felise B. Pantaleon were given for successfully completing the 55th Batch Apprenticeship Program for LGOOs II and III. Meanwhile, Engr. III Jelly Mae T. Ebalobo is being awarded as the 2023 Best Contract of Service (COS) Employee under the Locally-Funded Projects (LFP). Engr. Rose Ann D. Agostosa, LGOO V/OIC-Program Manager and LFP Focal Person, Engr. II Nicole Shane L. Pampanga, Engr. II Princess Ivy B. Coloma, Engr. Alled Aron C. Dela Cruz, PEO II Carla G. Maranoc and PEO I Bryan B. Allejos were conferred with the title of 2023 Best Locally-Funded Project (LFP) Team in Region III.
The team made the most of the remainder of the occasion by engaging in leisure pursuits that strengthened bonds between them. Furthermore, DILG Zambales maintains focus on the goal as they plan to increase organizational effectiveness, which is essential for carrying out the department's vision and mission.##
