EARLIER TODAY I The DILG thru the Sub-Local Government Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) Zambales has organized the Multi-Stakeholders Advisory Committee (MSAC) and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Provincial Government of Zambales, different National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Resource Institutions (LRIs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Local Radio Stations to fortify the collaboration of different key players and prime movers in the promotion of good local governance.
In his message, PD Martin Porres B. Moral, CESO V said that, “MSAC is the best avenue to share our innovative services to further reach its intended clients”.
The MSAC organizational meeting was conducted to orient the MSAC members on their responsibilities and also launch the Sub-LGRRC Zambales brand, “Hongloy” which is a Zambal word that means “fuel” and stands for “????armonizing ????rganization's I????tervention through nurturin???? a culture of ????earning and ????ptimizing the abilit???? of Knowledge Sharing in the Province of Zambales”.
The participants also exchanged their knowledge products as a way to establish their services to benefit the LGUs.
The MSAC is organized to serve as a dynamic center of learning, a multi-media program for knowledge-sharing on local governance and as a complement strategy in development of LGU capacities.
