As part of its efforts to streamline regulatory processes in the LGU, the municipality of Limay launched the first ever Electronic Business Permit and Licensing System (eBPLS) developed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in the province of Bataan via a virtual ceremonial launching on September 17, 2020.

Province of Bataan together with its local Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has taken another step in the effort of fighting the growing COVID-19 cases in the province as the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the provincial government and an innovative solution company to use QR Code as quarantine pass was signed on August 19, 2020.
