Anchored on DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-039, this initiative assessed the Calendar Year 2024 performance of the LCPCs based on four key areas: Organizational Sustainability, Policies and Plans for Children, Budget for C/MCPC, and Service Delivery Monitoring and Management for Children.

Martinez, DILG Alternate Focal Person, Ms. Ma. Cristina David from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO); Ms. Lucita Dela Peña, Ms. Carmela Grace Simplicio, and Mr. Paulo Dominic Punzalan from the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO); Mr. Alson Domingo from the Provincial Health Office (PHO); and Mr. Edelberto Rolle as the Civil Society Organization (CSO) representative.

The efforts of the PIMTF underscore the importance of strengthening LCPCs as a key mechanism in building child-friendly, child-safe, and child-sensitive communities. As the DILG continues to champion responsive and inclusive local governance, let us collectively reaffirm our shared responsibility to build safer, nurturing, and rights-based communities where no child is left behind.
