The Bataan Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) chaired by Gov. Albert Garcia, held its joint meeting via Zoom on earlier today, July 21, 2020.
Vice Governor Ma. Cristina Garcia also presided on the said meeting.
PNP, Phil. Army, MBDA, PDEA and Bataan Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center reported their accomplishments, activities and programs. Salient features of the Anti-Terror Act of 2020 were also presented by Bataan PNP.
The discussion focused on the prevailing peace and order situation with emphasis on the low crime rate in Bataan, to remain as an insurgency-free province, decrease in vehicular accidents, data on its anti-drug campaigns and efforts in response to COVID-19.
