The DILG Aurora and its Local Governance Resource Center "TAMBULI", in collaboration with DWBW 92.1 RTV Baler, Radyo Kawadi and Radyo Kaedup, aired the 27th episode of Usapang DILG: Gabay sa Pamamahalang Lokal, today, February 16, 2024.Entitled USAPANG BNEO: BARANGAY LEADERS IN PURSUIT OF GRASSROOTS EMPOWERMENT AND TRANSPARENT GOVERNANCE, the 27th episode of the radio program tackled the Barangay Newly-Elected Officials Towards GREAT Barangay Program.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Central Luzon, through the DILG Aurora Provincial Office and its partner Local Resource Institute (LRI), the Wesleyan University of the Philippines - Aurora, spearheaded the CSIS Utilization Conference on February 12, 2024 at the 3rd Floor Multi-Purpose Hall, Municipal Building, Maria Aurora, Aurora.

DILG Aurora facilitated the conduct of coordination meeting with the Provincial IMT/IMTF for the upcoming Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) and functionality assessment of LCPC and LCAT- VWAC on Thursday, January 31, 2024 at the DILG Aurora Provincial Office.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Construction of Roads, Yakal II, Narra, and Mulawin, in Brgy. Paltic, Dingalan was held on February 7, 2024. This farm-to-market road is funded under the F.Y. 2023 Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to LGUs and aims to provide greater accessibility to farmers and residents.

In collaborative efforts of the national and local governments in attaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the comprehensive plan of the national government to end poverty by 2040, the DILG Aurora represented by LGOO VI Florenz Zaira B. Buenconsejo provided technical assistance during the Orientation on Magna Carta of the Poor (MCP) and Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP) Formulation today, January 30, 2024 at Pacific Waves, Brgy. Sabang, Baler, Aurora.
