Noong ika-5 ng Agosto, 2020, sa pamumuno ng Validation Team mula sa DILG Rehiyon 3, matagumpay na naisagawa ang on-site validation at pre-assessment para sa Pagsusuri ng Panksyonalidad ng mga Panlalawigang Kawnsil para sa Pangkalinga ng mga Bata (LCPC) para sa taong 2022, sa Governor’s Conference Room, Provincial Capitol, Baler, Aurora.

Tinipon ang buong council ng PCPC sa Lalawigan sa pamumuno ni Panlalawigang Tagapamuno, Arnold Novicio kasama sina Bokal Annabelle Tangson-Te at iba pang kinatawan ng mga opisina upang matunghayan ang table validation at pre-assessment. Ang mga karampatang dokumento bilang beripiksayon at patunay para sa gagawing pagsusuri ay ipinresenta ni PSWDO Abigaiel Paulino, ni PCPC Focal Person, Ms. Charlene Jane Cuaresma, at ng iba pang mga PSWDO personnel.
