BPSF is a flagship project of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. which aims to bring essential services closer to the people. The Serbisyo Fair offered different programs such as Passport on Wheels, enabling passport applications and renewals without traveling to the Metro; and, Lab for All, providing laboratory and diagnostic services, medical and dental services, and distribution of free reading glasses. Beyond the government assistance, the fair offered a variety of programs, such as, livelihood projects, social services, distribution of agricultural products and assistance, and other regulatory services.

This flagship project is a manifestation of hope,  reflecting the government's unwavering commitment to continuously uplift the lives of the Filipinos. As the lyrics of the jingle in the fair “...Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Pag-Asa; Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Kabanata. Magandang kinabukasan para sa pamilya at para sa bayan”. The services in Serbisyo Fair will be available until tomorrow, January 28, 2024.
