In preparation for the implementation of the Supreme Court Decision in the “Mandanas Case” on FY 2022 Budget Cycle, which will increase the Internal Revenue Allotments (IRA) shares of LGUs, the DILG seeks to assist LGUs in improving their capacity in implementing development projects.
