                 AN AUDIO VIDEO PRESENTATION    

On October 1-2 & 4, 2024, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Zambales Provincial Monitoring Team, in collaboration with the local government units (LGUs), conducted a project inspection on the implementation of locally funded projects (LFPs) in the province of Zambales' three (3) municipal beneficiaries, Palauig, Iba and Cabangan, respectively. Present during the activity were LGOO VI Lianne Abegail T. Muñoz, LGOO VI Suslijah N. Gesmundo, LGOO II Lui Felise B. Pantaleon, Engr. Adrian Ariel C. Artates, Engr. Joel A. Damaso, Engr. II Dorothy Joy U. Causing, PEO I Bryan B. Allejos and respective contractors.

Among the projects that were jointly inspected are as follows: 

 

  1. Information and Communications Technology Systems and Infrastructure Development: Digitalization of Payments for Collections and Disbursements | Php 10,000,000.00 | 2024 LGSF-FALGU | Municipality of Palauig; 

  2. Establishment of Integrated Business Permits and Licensing System | Php 10,000,000.00 | 2023 LGSF-FALGU | Municipality of Iba; 

  3. Construction of Multi-purpose Building in Barangay Dirita-Baloguen | Php 10,000,000.00 | 2023 LGSF-FALGU | Municipality of Iba;

  4. Installations of Solar Street Lights along New Government Center and Caleguet Road | Php 1,800,000.00 | 2023 SGLGIF | Municipality of Iba

  5. Improvement of Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Anonang | Php 10,000,000.00 | Municipality of Cabangan

  6. Construction of Multi Purpose Building in Barangay Dolores | Php 15,000,000.00 | Municipality of Cabangan

 

Afterwards, DILG Zambales PMT provided technical assistance on the features and functionalities of SubayBayan and Proyekto ng Bayan Platform (SubayBayan) for the compliance of necessary data to be submitted and uploaded by the LGU. Lastly, an exit conference is held to discuss project findings and recommendations. The LGU Functionaries commit to continuously adhere to the set project implementations, standards and guidelines.
