The three barangay beneficiaries of FY 2023 Support to Barangay Development (SBDP) Program in the Municipality of Morong will now enjoy an added sense of safety and security from the newly completed electrification projects.
Inspected by the DILG Bataan Locally-Funded Projects Unit on April 4, 2024, the projects entitled "Renewable Energy-based Electrification (Solar Streetlight) Provision" in Barangays Poblacion, Nagbalayong, and Mabayo featured the installation of 107 solar-powered streetlights in each barangay, aiming to provide solar road-side lighting to vulnerable areas.
Following the inspection, the LFP Team convened an exit conference, joined by MLGOO Laverne Gonzales, Jr., Municipal Engineer Joel Zulueta, and MPDC Jun Paguio, where the accomplished Quality Assurance and Assessment Report Tool and the Aide Memoire were discussed.
