DILG Bataan personnel actively participated in the 1st Quarter 2025 National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today, March 13, 2025, executing the “DUCK-COVER-HOLD” procedure to enhance earthquake preparedness and response.
DILG Bataan conducted the first leg of the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Mock Assessment in Pilar, Abucay, and City of Balanga to help the LGUs prepare for the upcoming regional assessment.

In observance of Rabies Awareness Month this March 2025, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), in coordination with the Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Animal Industry (DA-BAI), urges all Local Government Units (LGUs) to actively participate in nationwide efforts to eliminate rabies and promote responsible pet ownership.
