This assessment aims to evaluate the performance of the Central Luzon LGRRC and its Sub-LGRRCs in advancing knowledge management, fostering multi-stakeholdership, and promoting convergence within DILG's operations.
As our official Sub-LGRRC, Ing Kulitan championed the initiatives of our office toward achieving a culturally grounded and exemplary local governance landscape in the province. This effort underscored the collective commitment of DILG, the Pampanga Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council (MSAC), and other local governance partners to deliver the #TatakManyaman brand of service, deeply rooted in Kapampangan identity and excellence.
