 Local Chief Executives (2019-2021)
 Sanggunian Members (2019-2021)
 Barangay Officials (2018-2020)

In line with the celebration of the Local Government Month, DILG Bataan continues to work hard for the province as it led the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Utilization Conference, hand-in-hand with the virtual recognition of the 2019 SGLG, Peace and Order Council (POC) Audit and Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit awardees on October 19, 2020, via Zoom Online Platform.

Determined in seeing more LGUs in the province passing the SGLG in the years to come, no amount of pandemic can halt this annual activity as local chief executives, department heads and functionaries from the provincial, city and municipal governments of Bataan witnessed this two-in-one event on Monday afternoon.

Held usually in two separate events, the utilization conference and awarding ceremony were brought in a fruitful activity to cater to the growing maximization of time and online communication platforms.

On SGLG Utilization Conference

Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano, SGLG Focal Person Cristy Blanco, Program Manager Allan Don Malonzo and LGOO II Danilyn Peña discussed trends, indicators, observations, issues and future developments regarding SGLG. As part of its yearly commencement, UC serves as the guide of the LGUs on the areas they need to improve on governance to covet the Seal. The SGLG assessment is set to be held on 2021 with updated indicators and new thematic areas.

On Virtual Awarding

Embracing the new normal, DILG Bataan took the opportunity to recognize via a virtual ceremony the outstanding LGUs on POCs and ADACs’ performance. The highlight of the event was the 2019 SGLG awarding, in which eight out of the 13 LGUs of the province are passers. The actual plaques are to be awarded to the LGUs through their respective DILG officers.

Once again, congratulations to all the winners! #1Bataan
