Municipality of Mariveles, through the leadership of Mayor Jocelyn Castaneda, started the Seminar-Workshop on the Formulation of Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) for FY 2019-2022 at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar on August 14-16, 2019.
On her special message, Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano said that the ELA mirrors the participatory planning process of an LGU and is a reflection of diverse minds towards a common goal.
Providing technical assistance for the said activity were LGOO VII Yvette Cosio and LGOO VI Ma. Jasmin Bartolo, DILG Bataan's Cluster Team Leader and MLGOO of Samal, respectively.
ELA is the unifying document corresponding to the term of local elective officials that is developed and mutually agreed upon by both the executive and legislative departments of a local government unit.
