In a bid to boost the knowledge, skills and character of its personnel, the DILG Bataan Provincial Office held another edition of its Proactive Bataan series entitled E.P.I.C. (Elevation of Personnel Interaction and Competencies) Workshop on March 22, 2024 at Floen-Gem Resort, Nagbalayong, Morong, Bataan.
For this segment, it focused on boosting personnel skills in various areas such as photojournalism, prescribed vouching of travel expenses, operating technical devices like projectors, cameras, and drones, as well as news writing.
Moreover, the activity involved hands-on activities and an open forum, providing participants with practical experience and the opportunity to engage in a constructive discussion.
In her message, PD Belina Herman emphasized the importance of teamwork and camaraderie in achieving organizational goals. She stressed that "teamwork and friendship are the foundation to attain our goals.”
The EPIC activity highlighted camaraderie building while improving skills, aligning with DILG Bataan's commitment to excellence in public service.
