Employees executed the “DUCK-COVER-HOLD” procedure to emulate what to properly do during an earthquake incident on the 4th Quarter 2024 National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill today, November 14, 2024.
NSED is a quarterly activity led by National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) that seeks to educate the public on disaster preparedness against earthquakes, steer competence of the government during disaster response, and test the contingency plans of local disaster risk reduction and management councils (LDRRMCs).
