CITY OF BALANGA, BATAAN - As part of its commitment to ensuring the effective implementation of Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) projects across the region, the DILG Central Luzon's Project Development and Management Section (PDMS) conducted today a series of site inspections in collaboration with DILG Bataan's Locally-Funded Projects Unit.
Led by ENGR III Adriane Dela Cruz, ENGR III Emerson De Jesus, and ENGR II Erixburg Johnrick Calilong, the team visited various project sites within the City of Balanga:
• Construction of a Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Dangcol, City of Balanga (Ongoing; Amount: Php 3,000,000.00)
• Concreting of a Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Cataning (Ongoing; Amount: Php 6,606,882.17)
• Provision of Renewable Energy-based Electrification in Barangay Ibayo (Ongoing; Amount: Php 6,606,882.17)
• Multi-purpose Building - Construction of Second Floor of Cupang Flea Market in Barangay Cupang Proper, City of Balanga (Ongoing; Amount: Php 3,000,000.00)
Following the inspection, the regional and provincial teams, alongside Engr. Joseph Rodriguez from the City Engineering Office, held an exit conference. During this session, observations and necessary adjustments were discussed, with a focus on utilizing the Quality Assurance and Assessment Report (QAAR) Tool. Additionally, an Aide Memoire was generated to document the proceedings and ensure that all identified issues are promptly addressed.
