As a consistent partner local resource institution, Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) expressed its willingness to work with DILG Bataan in the nearing implementation and facilitation of the Local Economic Development for Local Government Units (LED4LGUs) Program in the province.
In today's meeting, DILG Bataan Capability Development Section Chief Johnny Mandocdoc presented to Mr. Yves Consunji, BPSU Strategy Analyst, the overview of the said program which will be rolled out to the third- and fourth-class municipalities of Bataan next month.
LED4LGUs is part of the comprehensive programs developed by the Local Government Academy with the aim of helping bolster sustainable local economic development. It also targets to revitalize employment and livelihood opportunities that will aid in the recovery of the economy and the attainment of inclusive and sustainable peace.
