The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 3, together with the PNP, PDEA, NICA and PPCRP as members of the Regional Assessment Team (RAT), conducted, on May 23, 2022, the 2019 and 2021 Peace and Order Council Performance Audit Table Assessment for Provinces and Highly Urbanized Cities at Otel Pampanga, Lazatin Blvd., CSF. This is pursuant to DILG MC No. 2019-143 or the Omnibus Guidelines for the Peace and Order Councils (POCs) which reiterates the annual conduct of the POC Performance Audit.

LFP Bulacan in tandem with the Hagonoy Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) conducted separate inspections on the (3) three ongoing local access roads located in Brgy. San Agustin, San Sebastian, and Sta. Elena and the re-established evacuation center in Brgy. Sagrada Familia at Hagonoy, Bulacan. The projects were subsidized through the F.Y. 2021 Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Assistance Program (DRRAP 2021).

To implement DILG Memorandum Circular 2022-034 entitled "2021 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit", the Nueva Ecija ADAC Provincial Audit Team (APT) convened to assess the performance of 5 CADACs and 27 MADACs in the province on May 11, 2022 at the DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Office.

On May 6 and 10, 2022, the DILG Bulacan Provincial Office convened the Provincial Audit Team for the final table assessment of CY 2019 and 2021 Peace and Order Council (POC) and CY 2021 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audits. According to the DILG issuance, the Audit Team for both assessments is composed of the DILG, as the chair, PDEA, PNP, and CSO representative/s who are members of the council. A representative from the Office of the Chairperson (Provincial Government of Bulacan) is also present during the assessment.
