For its second quarter Manila Bay Clean-Up activity, DILG Pampanga in partnership with the Municipality of Porac trooped to Barangay Cangatba to take part in cleaning the Baywalk Park of this town.

 DILG officers led by PD Myrvi Apostol-Fabia were joined by LGU functionaries and personnel from the BFP and PNP who picked up trash along the stretch of the baywalk straddling the Porac River.

PD Fabia expressed her gratitude to the LGU for their commitment and support to the programs of DILG including efforts to protect and preserve the environment. She also called on each one to continue working with the government towards a greener future for the generations to come.

The clean-up is a regular activity of DILG Pampanga, conducted every quarter to help improve and rehabilitate the Manila Bay.
