Personnel from DILG Bataan participated in the monthly meeting of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) - Bataan Chapter on March 6, 2025, at The Bunker, Balanga City.
Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, CESO V, provided updates on the province’s local government unit (LGU) passers for the CY 2024 Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping and the Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit. Moreover, OIC-Program Manager Mark Angelo Pumares presented the Calendar of Activities for March, while Cluster Team Leader Cristy Blanco briefed the local chief executives on the anticipated indicators for the CY 2025 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).
The monthly meeting, attended by mayors from Bataan’s city and municipal LGUs, serves as a platform for discussing governance initiatives and ensuring alignment with national standards. DILG Bataan remains committed to supporting local leaders in strengthening transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public service.
