AN AUDIO VIDEO PRESENTATION
DILG Zambales Provincial Office successfully conducted its monthly Provincial Team Conference, September 13, 2024. The said activity was chaired by Dir. Martin Porres B. Moral, CESO V and were actively attended by the DILG Zambales Field Officers and Provincial Office Staff.
In his opening message, PD Martin Porres B. Moral thanked the field officers and provincial office personnel for their unceasing efforts and commitment to raising, maintaining, and improving the department's and local government units' performance. He also recognized everyone's tremendous contribution to the recently concluded Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) onsite National Validation. He also noted that in a short period of time, the Province of Zambales was able to surpass its prior year's performance in a short amount of time.“ iisa lang ang ibig sabihin nito, ang bunga ng ating efforts ay ang pagbulusok paitaas ng ating performance”, he added.
During the meeting, the status of field offices' report submissions on the department's various programs, projects, and activities under the Monitoring and Evaluation Section was given to the members by LGOO V Paulin Johanne L. Reyes, MES Chief. Conversely, LGOO II Alled Aron C. Dela Cruz, Capability and Development Section (CDS) Staff, informed the personnel about the current status of reports turned in and forthcoming activities related to the CDS PPAs. Meanwhile, Bryan B. Allejos, PEO I, reported the progress relative to the implementation of locally funded projects (LFP) in the province. Lastly, ADAS II King Andrew Phil Apsay, discussed and explained the personnels’ salary differential and taxes under the new Salary Standardization Law (SSL).
The conference also provided an opportunity for the personnels to discuss and develop strategies for consistently advancing the organization's objective and in championing public service.
