AN AUDIO VIDEO PRESENTATION
On July 9-10, 2024, the Project Monitoring Team of DILG Region III and DILG Zambales jointly inspected the five (5) completed 2023 Local Government Support Fund-Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) in the municipality of Sta. Cruz, Zambales. Present during the inspection were LGOO VI Maharlina J. Tejada, Engr. Lance Bernardo, Engr. Emmerson De Jesus, Engr. Erixburg Johnrick Calilong, Engr. Princess Ivy B. Coloma,PEO I Bryan B. Allejos, Engr. Darwin Bejasa and respective Punong Barangays and officials.
The inspected five (5) completed projects are (1) Upgrading of Farm-to-market Road in Barangay Biay, (2) Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Guinabon, (3) Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Lucapon South, (4) Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Tubo-tubo North, and (5) Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Tubo-tubo South.
Further, technical support on Subaybayan was also provided, mainly to assist the LGU in resolving the noticed discrepancies in the aforementioned system. Engineer Bernardo reminded the LGU the necessary documents and post reports they need to upload in the Subaybayan portal.
Lastly, an exit conference was facilitated by the DILG-PMT to discuss the results of the conducted project inspection and to further assist the LGU by providing recommendations to address all findings and concerns in order to maintain the quality and ensure the sustainability of the projects.
