One of the priority activities in the implementation of the Supreme Court decision regarding rehabilitation, clean-up and restoration of Manila Bay is the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Integrated Information, Education and Communication Plan (IEC) Plan for Manila Bay.
Balanga City, Bataan, November 8, 2013 - Barangay Kitang II and Cataning of Limay and Balanga City, respectively, bear their effort for being finalists to the LTIA National Level. The National Validation Team was composed of Justice Bernardo Abesamis, State Prosecutor Marmarie Satin-Vivas, State Prosecutor Christina Dugay, Atty. Edmund Abesamis, Dir.
