This Christmas, DILG Pampanga, in collaboration with Big Save Supermarket through its LINGAP program, distributed Noche Buena presents to 40 Informal Settler Families in Barangay Sto. Rosario Pau, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga. The gifts were officially handed over to the Barangay for distribution.
The second Knowledge Product of Ing Kulitan, titled “Pamagbunyi: A Journey Through Leadership and Service of the Matino, Mahusay, Maaasahan Barangays of Pampanga,” was officially launched during the Gawad Sinukuan 2024 on December 19, 2024.

The 3rd Gawad Sinukuan, organized under Ing Kulitan's subcomponent, Alaya, took place successfully on December 19, 2024, at the Shoreline Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. With the theme “Talaghay: Pagpupunyagi sa Matatag na Paglilingkod sa Bayan,” the event celebrated the unwavering dedication, perseverance, and resilience displayed by DILG Pampanga personnel in their service to the nation.
