The DILG Pampanga conducted a wellness activity for the Provincial Office personnel on January 30, 2025, at Nuan Farm and Resort, Bacolor, Pampanga.
The highlight of the activity was the insightful discussion led by City Director of DILG Olongapo, Zotico Gerson Villanueva Jr., who emphasized the importance of a growth mindset for every personnel. He engaged the Provincial Office personnel in a Vision Board Workshop, where they mapped out their personal and professional goals for 2025 across various aspects of life. The participants also had the opportunity to share their personal goals, allowing them to inspire and motivate one another in achieving their aspirations.
Another key activity was the grouping exercise, where provincial office personnel collaborated, exchanged ideas, and strengthened teamwork. This activity was able to equip DILG Pampanga Provincial Office personnel with a growth mindset, enabling them to adapt to changes and strive for success in 2025.
