To recognize and incentivize the exemplary performance of its personnel, the DILG Pampanga conducts its first-ever Gawad Sinukuan on December 22, 2022, at Vista Tala, Orani, Bataan.
LGOO VI Josephine Villanueva emerged victorious as she bags the best performing MLGOO followed by LGOO VI Jacqueline Tallada who placed second and LGOO VI Rowena Ocampo who placed third.
In her speech, Provincial Director Myra Soriano thanked everyone for their support. She also highlighted that December signifies the closing of the year and the start of a new beginning hence the theme of metamorphosis is fitting because there have been a lot of changes in DILG Pampanga. "This is a feating gesture because this is the first in the Province", she said.
The Gawad Sinukuan is a component of DILG Pampanga's SIKAN, a Local Governance Resource Center sub-component that aims to recognize the efforts, work, and innovations of all the personnel and to likewise encourage a culture of excellence in public service.
