LGOO V Mark Angelo Pumares has officially assumed his role as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC)-Program Manager of DILG Bataan during a turnover ceremony held on February 7, 2025, at the DILG Bataan Provincial Office in Balanga City.
Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, CESO V, led the event alongside outgoing Program Manager LGOO V Joanna Marie Cruz, who will now serve as the OIC-Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (OIC-MLGOO) of Abucay. DILG Bataan personnel warmly welcomed Pumares, expressing their full support and commitment as he takes on his new leadership role.
With this transition, LGOO V Pumares brings fresh perspectives and a renewed commitment to strengthening local governance and fostering innovation. He aims to build on past successes while introducing new strategies to further enhance the province’s service to its communities. His leadership marks a promising new chapter in advancing DILG Bataan’s mission of excellence in public service.
