DILG Bataan's workmanship revolves around the notion that an organization is only as good as its people.
For this reason, the provincial office (PO) is persistent in the conduct of its annual planning activity entitled "Program Officers' Workplan and Evaluation Review" or P.O.W.E.R. which was recently held at Puesta Del Sol Villas, Morong, Bataan on January 19-20, 2023.
The two-day activity served as an avenue for the assessment of the focal persons' performance last year in carrying out DILG PPAs, as well as the discussion on strategies and initiatives to be implemented this year.
First time witnessing the conduct of P.O.W.E.R. in Bataan, Provincial Director Belina Herman expressed delight at the enthusiasm of PO personnel during the designation of focal persons per program, and was optimistic that this activity will help sustain the exemplar performance of DILG Bataan as a team.
PD Herman, together with the Outgoing Cluster Team Leader (CTL) Yvette Cosio, Incoming CTL Mildred Sazon, MLGOOs Ma. Jasmin Bartolo and Cristy Blanco, and Program Manager Allan Don Malonzo, then served as panel reactors during the program officers' presentation of accomplishments and new targets.
DILG Bataan P.O.W.E.R. started in 2019 with the end goal of solidifying the relationship within the team and giving all PO personnel the opportunity to excel in the programs they handle in pursuit of high-quality service delivery to the DILG's clientele and stakeholders. #BataanPOwer #EmPOwer
