Comparative assessment of recent accomplishments and presentation of CY 2022 targets transpired yesterday during the virtual joint meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) and Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC).
Presided by Councils Chairperson and Bataan Governor Albert Garcia, this quarter's meeting focused on the discussion of the concerned agencies' plans to sustain the insurgency-free and drug-cleared status of the province. Moreover, in one of his statements, Gov. Garcia emphasized that peace and order is an essential ingredient in maintaining economic development.
Meanwhile, DILG Bataan Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano presented the results of the FY 2019 and FY 2020 ADAC Performance Audits at which Bataan had the highest percentage of LGU awardees among the provinces in Central Luzon.
In addition to the approval of various PPOC and PTF-ELCAC resolutions, other important matters were tackled by the heads and representatives of AFP, PNP, BFP, BJMP Male and Female Dormitory, MBDA, DPWH District I & II, PDEA and Bataan DTRC.
