   DILG Region III as member of the Regional AIDS Assistance Team (RAAT), conducted two (2) batches of Forum on Human Immunodeficiency Virus- Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV-AIDS) at Information and Communication Technology High School (ICTHS) and at Pampanga High School (PHS), both in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga on November 8, 2012.

   DILG Region 3 joins the nation as we all pray for the repose of the soul of our beloved and well respected leader. May the seed of good governance that Secretary Jesse M. Robredo sowed continue to inspire all of us as we try to follow his shining example of a good public servant.  He is such a great loss in the national government particulary his noble contribution in the pursuit of."Tapat na Palakad, Bayang Maunlad." 

                                                                                

      Department of the Interior and Local Government III Regional Director Florida M. Dijan was invited as guest at CLTV 36’s special edition entitled “Lupit ng Habagat” yesterday, August 9, 2012.  With her in the live interview, hosted by Sonia Soto was Department of Budget and Management III Assistant Regional Director Elena Escaño.

 

 In an effort to intensify its advocacy on disaster preparedness, the DILG in Central Luzon spearheaded by Regional Director Florida M. Dijan, hosted the Region III Tapatan Roadshow on Disaster Preparedness and Climate Change Adaptation dubbed as, “Magtapatan Tayo, Handa Na Ba Kayo”, on June 6, 2012 at Oxford Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

 

DILG-3 Regional Information Officer Miriam P. Gaviola shared the Department’s preparations, in coordination with other government agencies, in anticipation of North Korea’s rocket testing in an interview at CLTV 36’s “So To Speak” hosted by Ms. Sonia Soto, which was aired on April 14, 2012, 7:30 pm.

“So To Speak” is a program of CLTV 36 which tackles current issues that affects the lives of the people of Region III.  It also aims to empower people through information coming from people with knowledge and authority on the current issue at hand.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government in Region 03 will play host to the conduct of a Tapatan Roadshow on Disaster Preparedness and Climate Change Adaptation billed, “Magtapatan Tayo, Handa Na Ba Kayo?”, on June 06, 2012 at Oxford Hotel, Clarkfield, Pampanga.
