GABALDON'S SOLAR STREET LIGHTS: ILLUMINATING ROADS TOWARD A BRIGHTER FUTURE

Residents of Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, are now assured of better visibility during after-hours following the inauguration of the newly installed forty-five (45) solar street lights in Barangay North Poblacion this July 9, 2025.

The project came to fruition through the FY 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF), an incentive given by the DILG to support the priority projects of LGUs who were conferred with the Seal.

The inauguration was led by Honorable Vice Mayor Victorino V. Sabino and also participated in by DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Director Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, LGOO V Leovielyn H. Aduna, and DILG Provincial Locally-Funded Projects (LFP) Engineers.

The solar streetlights are set to illuminate the roads and bring a sense of safety not only for the residents of Barangay North Poblacion but also for the motorists traversing the barangay at nighttime.
