DILG Region 3 is determined to ensure the continuous implementation of the Department's locally-funded projects. Regional and Provincial LFP Teams have been crafting strategies to monitor said projects and to perform their roles while observing the necessary health protocols.

The halfway point of the year approaches with the province of Bataan having more than half of its FY 2020 Assistance to Municipalities (AM) Programs already completed as presented during the 2nd Quarter Provincial Assessment and Calibration of Locally-Funded Projects' (LFPs') Status Reports on June 22, 2021 via Zoom.

In line with the implementation of DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-053 or the Implementing Guidelines of the Safety Seal Certification Program, different LGUs/ government offices from the Province of Bulacan were issued with the Safety Seal Certification. The Safety Seal is a physical manifestation of the compliance of an establishment to the minimum health standards required by the government to contain the spread of Covid-19.

The completion of COVID-19 vaccination will be the priority of the province as Governor Hermogenes E. Ebdane Jr., emphasized the significance of being vaccinated and protected in the continuity of peace and order efforts in the new normal—during the Joint Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) and Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) Meeting held on June 25, 2021 via zoom cloud meeting platform.
Two (2) Former Rebels (FRs) in the province of Zambales were given financial assistance amounting to Php80,0000.00 under the government's Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) to start anew in the mainstream society and help them improve their living conditions.
