In line with the implementation of DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-053 or the Implementing Guidelines of the Safety Seal Certification Program, different LGUs/ government offices from the Province of Bulacan were issued with the Safety Seal Certification. The Safety Seal is a physical manifestation of the compliance of an establishment to the minimum health standards required by the government to contain the spread of Covid-19.

As of June 23, 2021, the buildings of the following Local Government Units and National Government Agency were issued with the Safety Seal Certification by the DILG Inspection and Certification Teams in each city and municipality: City of San Jose Del Monte, City of Meycauayan, BFP Malolos City Office and Station, Municipalities of Baliwag, San Rafael and Guiguinto. The DILG Teams, composed of C/MLGOO (DILG), Chief of Police (PNP), and Fire Marshall (BFP), are responsible for the inspection and issuances of the Safety Seal to public/ government establishments as provided in DOLE-DOH-DILG-DOT-DTI JMC No. 21-01.

DILG Bulacan Provincial Director Darwin D. David, Program Manager Carla Marie Turla and LGOO II Dianne Ocampo from the DILG Provincial Office witnessed the onsite validation and issuance of Safety Seal Certification to the Municipalities of Baliwag and San Rafael on June 22, 2021.
