The Department of the Interior and Local Government – Region III facilitated the Orientation on the 2017 Peace and Order Councils Performance Audit on August 28-29, 2018 at Subic Peninsular Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. It was attended by POC members of seven (7) provinces particularly the DILG as head secretariat, PNP, LGU officials and functionaries, and the Regional Audit Team (RAT) composed of DILG, AFP, PNP and PDEA personnel.

August 30, 2018 – the Municipality of Bulakan marks a new chapter in their pursuit for disaster preparedness and resilience. The Assistance to Disadvantaged Municipalities (ADM) funded 18.5 million worth evacuation facility was formally inaugurated by Hon. Patrick Neil Meneses and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bulakan together with the DILG Regional Office represented by Assistant Division Chief Engr. Lee Allen Pineda. The inauguration took part and is one of the highlights of the whole day activity celebration of the Marcelo Del Pilar day.
