DILG Region III has conducted a Regional Orientation on the 2018 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) on May 8, 2018 at the DILG Regional Office. It was attended by the Provincial/ City Directors, Cluster Team Leaders and Focal Persons of each DILG Provincial and Highly Urbanized City Office.

In line with the upcoming 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on May 14, 2018, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)- Zambales team recently appeared as guest on the radio program "Patnubay sa Landas ng Buhay Program" of Radyo Natin 105.7 MHZ- Iba, Zambales on April 26, 2018 hosted by Bishop Virginio D. Ducos, DD.

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - To have a peaceful and successful election is what Gov. Lilia "Nanay" Pineda highlighted in the Peace and Order Executive Session conducted on April 26, 2018 together with the local chief executives, Chiefs of Police, and representatives from DILG, COMELEC, AFP, BFP, and DepEd.

Binding themselves with their commitment to ensure a peaceful Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan election, Olongapo City candidates for BSKE altogether attended the Peace Covenant Signing Program led by Commission on Elections, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Philippine National Police, Department on Education and Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting on May 3 at Sta. Rita Parish Church.

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office III, together with the National Convergence Initiative for Sustainable Rural Development (NCI-SRD), conducted the Convergence Area Development Plan (CADP) Workshop for the Municipality of San Jose, Tarlac on April 23-27, 2018 at Hacienda Gracia Hotel & Resort, Lubao, Pampanga.
