After going through the assessment of all the top Lupon entries from the Cities and Municipalities in Pampanga, the Lupons of Brgy. Malpitic, City of San Fernando (Component City category) and Brgy. Balucuc, A#palit (1st–3rd class Municipality category) were adjudged as this year's Provincial Winners for the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA).
